§ 03 About the founder
Mengyi Li
Mengyi Li is a Hungarian businesswoman with Chinese heritage. She previously led the Asian Sales department at the Hungarian Export Promotion Agency (HEPA), owned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, where she played a pivotal role in helping companies expand their export activities to key markets such as China, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and Laos.
Immersed in the business world from a young age through her family and university experiences, she has extensive cultural knowledge of both Western and Asian markets and is fluent in Hungarian, Mandarin Chinese and English.
With a Master’s degree in Architecture from Cardiff University and an MBA, she has excelled in international sales and marketing, tourism and interpretation, and has contributed to numerous international trade and government projects. In her free time she promotes Asian culture by showcasing Asian gastronomy through videos and social media.
